We identified an incident where users of applications without cookies enabled were unable to sign and transact using embedded wallets.

This incident has been identified.

For a period from 2/4/24 3:24 pm ET to 2/4/24 3:34 pm ET, users who relied on Privy's provided public Infura API endpoint experienced an outage related to errors returned by the Infura RPC service provider. Users were unable to prepare or submit embedded wallet transactions using this public RPC provider. Other RPC events, such as those on Base, were unaffected.

For a period from 1/9/24 18:00:00 ET to 1/10/24 07:37:00 ET, users logging in with Privy's provided Apple login were temporarily unable to access their accounts. Other oauth methods and core APIs were unaffected.
